36-year-old Chinese climber successfully scaled Mt Manaslu in just less than 22 hours becoming the fastest Chinese climber to climb the world’s eighth highest peak.
A 37-year-old Chinese woman successfully reached the true summit of Mt Manaslu this season becoming the first female climber to have reached true summits of all 14 peaks above 8,000m without using supplemental oxygen.
The autumn climbing season on Nepal’s Mt. Manaslu continues as another nine members of an 8K Expedition team achieved the 8,163-metre true summit on Thursday morning.
Mt Manaslu is buzzing with activity as Seven Summit Treks reported 20 new summiteers on Thursday morning, bringing its autumn total to 62 climbing members already on the mountain.
