Baruntse (7,129m) was attempted by 47 climbers across 4 teams, contributing USD 18,800 in royalties, while the slightly less technical Putha Hiunchuli (7,246m) saw 23 climbers in 4 teams.
Saribung (6,346m) attracted the most teams with 8, though the total number of climbers was 34.
Chulu Far East (6,038m) hosted 43 climbers in 6 teams, generating USD 3,457, and Thapa Peak (6,012m) had 27 climbers across 5 teams.
The most technically challenging peak on this list, Annapurna IV (7,525m), was attempted by just 16 climbers in 2 expeditions.
The data that include the data upto October 31 shows climbers are increasingly exploring peaks beyond the traditional eight-thousanders, seeking quieter routes and technical challenges.
