KATHMANDU: Five members of 14 Peaks Expedition reached the 8,167-metre summit of Mt. Dhaulagiri this morning, marking another successful ascent of Nepal’s seventh-highest peak.
The summit team included Chinese climbers Na Li and Qingliang Zhang, supported by an experienced Sherpa crew of Sona Sherpa, Pasang Nurbu Sherpa and Dawa Sherpa.
14 Peaks Expeditions hailed the climb as a testament to the team’s dedication and coordination, adding that all members are making their way safely back to base camp.
