Qatar Airways to operate evacuation flight from Kathmandu to London on Monday

KATHMANDU: Qatar Airways will operate a special evacuation flight from Kathmandu to London on Monday amid rising tensions in West Asia, the Nepal Tourism Board announced.
The flight departs Tribhuvan International Airport at 21:55 local time on March 9, bound for London Heathrow Airport with a technical stop at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Passengers holding Qatar Airways tickets up to Tuesday, March 10 on flight QR 649 will be given priority to travel on the evacuation flight.
